Maddyness, the platform dedicated to startups and innovation, recently presented Arits, the startup that “makes sunshine”. According to the article, our Artieta lamps, which reproduce the natural light cycle, are being highlighted as a potential solution to seasonal depression and sleep disorders.
Founded by Paul Trement and Hélène Thomas-Gallière, Arits was inspired by Paul's desire to constantly relive the sensation of fading sunlight, and Hélène's experience of often working night shifts and feeling the effects on her clock biological. Together, they developed Artieta, a lamp that replicates natural light from dawn to dusk, helping users resynchronize their body clock with the circadian cycle.
The article highlights that Artieta goes beyond simply regulating the internal clock. Thanks to its integrated intelligence, the lamp is able to learn and anticipate the user's habits, providing a personalized and efficient experience.
Maddyness also highlights the eco-responsible design of our products and mentions that we received initial funding with the support of French Tech Bordeaux and the local CCI.
